Okay it is time to spring on forward already.

Starting weight - i don't even want to talk about it! *LOL*

Goal - no weight loss goal. this month is an effort goal. i am going to achieve 3 days a week at the gym if it kills me!!!

Reward - ability to walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like a ran a mile. hopefully a combo of exercise and better weather will also improve my terribly depressed mood as well.

I am approaching this differently. Instead of challenging myself to lose, I am challenging myself to think positively. I shredded the fat pictures of myself that I kept on my desk, threw away the fat pictures I keep on my fridge at home and on my bedroom mirror and instead put up pictures of me looking how I like to look. I am challenging myself to learn to eat healthy foods primarily but not to set myself up for failure by excluding a lot of things that I like.

I am challenging myself to love me enough to take the best care of me possible, to enjoy my workouts, my food, my life and my choices.

Oh yeah, my reward is a more positive more confident, more beautiful (inside out) me.

Tiki.

I wieghed in today. I am apparently stuck on some kind of plateau. I'm going to step up my exercise to see if that helps.
