Well, I weighed myself this morning and I was down 1.5, go figure. Just goes to show you that scales are not the end all be all.

Well this coming week is a big challenge for me... I am going away for a week and will be faced with tough food choices and several nights of eating out.

I am going to try to maintain while I am away

Okay, I was starting to beat up on myself again. My hair is NOT cute cause I get it all sweaty every morning and then I weighed in on Saturday morning (wasn't supposed to) and the scales were up 3# (TOM). Since I couldn't shake the blahs, I took my measurements a week early and guess what? I have lost 7.5 inches. I feel so much better. My work is paying off!

Hi all,

Last day of the month, and the scales are going down, the tape measure is looking good, my clothes are all looser and look better on me, I feel stronger, more confident and more like I can achieve my long term goals. I still eat PB but limit it to one Tbsp on half an apple as a daily treat so I am not giving up everything I love. I have had a few indescretions but am not beating myself up about them, just putting them behind me and moving on to the next meal or the next workout or the next opportunity to choose correctly when faced with good and bad choices.

So....basically I definitely met my April goal. Bring it on May, bring it on!!!!

WooHoo!

I met my Beltane goal! It feels soooo good to be in the 160's even if it's by the skin of my teeth. I was trying to remember how many years it's been... but I really can't remember.

I wanted to thank all you guys for your support, this such a great place to check in every day, it really helps keep me focused. I feel confident that I can keep getting leaner and stronger

I agree, Bring on May!

Off to aquacise class for me
