I'll Join ya! My goal is to be at least 20 pounds lighter by 9-1-03
I'm on this high fiber low carb thing. All I eat is veggie burgers, tofu, Smart dogs, low carb bread, and salad.
my weight right now is 290, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! Wish me luck too!

HI all ! It has been forever since I hve joined in. I am in serious need of a challenge. May I join? I quit my job and am searching for inspiration since it is easy to sleep REALLY late!

My son put himself on a diet today (no colas, sugar, pizza type foods...) so I guess that was my clue.

As for a goal, I will say 15# by Sept 1.

I really missed you all!

Welcome and yes, please join us. You both set some really tough goals though...I looked at the calendar and September 1st isn't that far away. okay all of you, don't hate me for saying it...there are only 7.5 weeks until then.

I'm still on program and feeling great, not hungry, not grumpy...not sleepy or dopey either...but, I'm still goofy and happy!

I can't remember what my goal is. Could someone please read all of the back-posts and find what I said?

Oh, let's see... I'll just make a new one up. 7.5 weeks, Soozie? Okay, I'll include the pound that I lost yesterday and try for 10 pounds.
So this starting weight was 178, and I've lost a pound. Better pull myself together if I'm planning on making 168...

Soozie, you're doing great!! (when are you getting the hack job? I forget... Pictures would be good. NOT nudies, however.)

Hey girls,
Whats up? I go back to working inside the store today, booooo. I loved being outside in the garden center, however, I will be staarting something new again next week. Two days a week I will be training in the bakery for decorating cakes. I am very excited about that. One of my friends is getting married on October 11th and my wish is to be able to make her wedding cake, but we will have to wait and see.
Now on to the challenge. I need a challenge to get me motivated again. I am currently down to 214 1/4 lbs
waist 40"
hips 52"
breast 44 1/2 center
breast under 39 "
calves 15 1/2
Have a ways to go yet, but am slowly getting there. Feeling much more stable in my life and enjoying life very much.
