Update on my mum....

DH just called me and said that the hospital has sent my mum home for the night but she is going back at 11 a.m. tommorrow for the Doppler test.

Whe was supposed to go for that test next week but the bumped her up to tommorrow. Thank goodness!

I guess if they sent her home it can't be too serious

Sorry to hear your Mom was having problems again sweetie. I'm glad to hear they moved up the test though. The sooner they figure out what is going on the sooner they can treat her. Glad everyone kept you in the loop too. DH's parents try to "protect" us too, and it is just MORE of a shock to learn about it later. It is better to be able to know and BE there. Lots of good vibes coming your way.....

My mum went through a battery of tests and they gave her some stronger medication today. We are just waiting for the results of the Doppler test to come in.

I was visiting my mum this evening after work (she is at home resting) and she said she feels better today than she has for the last few weeks. She looked and sounded a lot better too

I actually had a pretty good day at work- either the meds are kicking in or my boss is behaving himself not sure which
