Welcome Ren and Raven! This is such a terrific group - lots of talk and support and the best threads ever (not to mention the greatest group of women)...I have read a bit about Wicca and I have had my Tarot cards read (they were eerily accurate, by the way) but I have not ever done much with my interest...

We also talk a lot about vintage clothes, and movies and which celebs are cute - all of which is important stuff! And sometimes we also talk about diet and exercise!

Ravyn - talk about what ever it is that you would like.

On a side note - Just to show how much a geek I am - I own a deck of Tarot cards, and they all have Shakespeare characters & quotes on them. The Lovers are Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet is the Hanged Man, etc. I love them.

And on the religion thing - I am more or less agnostic.

Hey, Bagzz. No way you need to state your religion. We know that cows are agnostics! Come and join the fun.

Gee, I dunno, girls... I'm pretty curious now about Bagzz religious bent.
Of COURSE you don't need to tell us, hon. (you do have to state your political stance and your sexual preference, however.) ****, who cares! Well, I have a born-again Christian SIL who cares. (nothing against born-agains... my husband is one. She's just over the edge... hits people over the head with the bible and tells them they're going to **** if they don't follow all the/her rules.) I'm a Christian with at least four Buddist statues in my house. Plus a lucky Chinese toad, and a bunch of other un-Christian-like things.

Squeak... more or less agnostic... heh heh.

GOOOOOOD MORRRNInG ladies!! LoL. Its not really, but I'll do it like my orgasms and pretend, lmao. Anyway, how are you chickies doing? Me, well needless to say I'm run ragged and still have to go to work, blah.

I've not eaten yet, and dont know what I want. The cheesecake looks yummy, but heh I'd only feel guilt the rest of the day. Do any of you all just get burned out on healthy food? I'd love to find some new EASY receipes I can throw together.

Well I'd love to stay and talk, but I have to be at work by 12est. I hope all have a wonderful and OP day.

Silver Ravyn-check out our Fab food and Chick tips thread on this forum, we post tips and recipes their (only a couple right now). There are also some good recipes on the low-carb forum and the WW forum as well.

Are you following a specific plan or just trying to eat healthy?

Speaking of which, I will try to round up a few of my favorite healtht and easy recipes and post them in Fab Food on the weekend.

Well there is one day of the long weekend down. Gah, I'm exhausted. Just wanted to pop in and say hey and see what was going on.

I'm doing WW. I've been on the plan for about 2 years now. I can honestly say its the only thing that has helped me though this trial.

Well I do hate to post and run, but I have to get my butt in bed. I have to be up at 5am. Gah. I hate working such long hours on the weekends. Hope everyone is having a gret night.

Squeak-TAROT CARDS?!?! My DH is really into them, and also loves Shakespeare. He is going to be envious when I tell him!!! He doesn't BELIEVE in them, uses them just for fun, and yet does the most accurate readings!!! He once told a woman that she was about to have a baby. She then told him that her doctor had told her she would be unable to ever have a baby. He responded, "It might be some kind of artistic birth, but it looks to me like a baby." She found out within a month after that that she was pregnant!!! He also used them to freak out management during union negotiations once. Just sat there doing readings when any of them said something really stupid!!!

Wildfire, how dare you abandon us for so long!! Yeah, that's what happens to those RC's... they turn into pagans.

Tarot cards are lovely. I'd like to get a pack and hang them on the wall. Don't think DH would approve, though.

Mauvais, let's all publish a cookbook together! I'm hot for a money-making scheme right around now.

Good Morning Ladies. How is everyone? Me, I'm going on about 3 hours sleep. DD has had a very high fever all weekend. It topped out at 104.7 last night. Needless to say I was in her room all night. I dont know who got less sleep me or her. At 4, she has never had that high of a fever.

Anyway, my eating totally sucked last night. With the stress and no time to plan, then if that wasnt bad enough, my journal got destoryed, it had a horrible run in with a cup of coffee. Yeah, coffee seems to be my down fall in more ways than one. Today is a totally new beginning for me.

I just realized I havent been doing awhole lot of journaling on this site, so I'm thinking of maybe changing that. I would lover to find an online journal thing but I'm just not motivated to hunt one right now, lol

Well I'm going to go and catch up on the posts. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
