It is like being in a deep freeze here! It is so cold. Wish I were in Florida right now. Well I go to work at 2 off at 6, head over to Pam's for a quick shower and then off to a wonderful evening of music , poetry and Pam. Three of my favorite things. We are going to a piano recital and poetry reading, of one of the leaders in our PFlag group. I can't wait. It will be so nice. This is not my hubbys cup of tea, so I am glad I have Pam to share these things with. She makes my heart skip a beat when I see her.
Virginia

Hi to everyone else! Diet exercise efforts are going well here...I have managed to shave off some of the holiday poundage...now to get to all that other fat that I was working on before I was so rudely interrupted by the holidays!
This will be the year I go all the way! (assuming Scarlett O'Hara pose, fist clenched and held high) "As God is my witness, I will NEVER be 266 pounds again!" 259 today
Hola! So, I finally had a moment to breathe and thought I'd pop in and say hi. Lost 5 lbs. on last Monday's weigh-in, so we'll see how this monday goes *crosses fingers*
Been super busy with work (my boss is going to be the death of me), running my own community, designing my own portfolio site, meeting with my personal trainer...I need a nap! hee.
Anyway, I wanted to say hello!!! I hope you all had a wonderful week.
We had a fabulous time last night. It was bitterly cold though, but the music and poetry moved us both to tears. I have never been to a piano and peotry recital before, but I dare say it will not be my last. I was quite literally breasthless several times, and had to remind myself to breath. It was wonderful.
