Well, I stayed the same...not surprising since I really overate this week. Next week will be better!

Good morning, week 1 is behind me and I am down 6lbs! :cheer2: I am thrilled to be off to a good start, but realistic enough to know that won't happen every week. It can be very hard getting down those 2C of veggies at lunch along with the soup...gotta figure something out to change that up occasionally. But I do feel great about the diet. Woke up a little light headed this am, not sure what that's about. But as I've said before...onward and downward :dizzy:
