Default Woot!

This is Day 206 of the count backwards to my goal date. Happily not hungry today since ate so much yesterday. Working tonight. Won't be posting until tomorrow but expecting a great calorie count.

Glynne, bless ye that is not whining. Hope the pain is better today.

Marie, yea I also like seeing as much green as I can in the tracker, although I too often consider it a license to eat. But I almost always have green left over and that gives me a visual as to possible calories that might go into my deficit that translates to weight loss. Yesteday had a whole lotta red, though.

Have a great day, everyone.

Gayle, I hope you feel better. Could you talk to your dr (or therapist) that prescribed the c-pap and see if there is a better fitting one? Having it push on nerves in your neck is bad. It isn't conducive to well being.

Am2, I love "expecting a great calorie count". That is the RIGHT attitude.

Jane PM'ed me that we are nearing our thread post limit of 500. I figure we have about another week or so. Are you all ready for me (or one of you) to start a new thread. Perhaps 2012 Challenge, the second half???

I will be back tonight with my cal post. DH and I did the doggie hike this morning. Amazing sunrise. The river reflected the bright pink back so there was bright pink weaving through the valley. Now it is raining but it was so pretty, the rain isn't a downer.

I took a mid post break because I remembered my Cheese Its promise. I got the box out and stomped on it, pulverizing what I didn't stuff in my mouth and then threw it away. So that promise I made good on.

Hello all,

Week 1

Week 2 :1/2::1/2:

Week 3 (/)

I think I will call this my flower power motivation. Funny how these little flowers keep me doing the right thing most of the time. I have kind of messed up some on my days off, but since I started this, I haven't bought any snacks when I have gone to the store for other groceries. That is major for me. Maybe a new habit is taking hold ~ I can hope

Yippee ~ off tomorrow.

Marie ~ my current C-pap mask is the third different one I have had in attempts to find one that works. The people have worked with me trying to find what they hope will work the best. It seemed to have been the most comfortable (I've been using it for about a year), until this neck trouble. Last night I got out my previous one and used it instead. The neck pain wasn't as bad in the morning, but this mask puts pressure on the bridge of my nose, which was one of the reasons the PA had me try another mask. Oh well, I'll just keep hanging in there.

Marie ~ way to go with the cheese its promise.

Am2 ~ you're doing great.

Mary ~ It is hard to keep up with your usual exercise routines when you have visitors ~ you'll get back in the swing of things.

Take care

Huzzah, good morning, all!

DID have a good, if not great calorie day, very stressful with work starting up but stayed low glycemic and was able to be very focused and ended eating day at 1680, which is considerably better than the day before.

Off to hike with a friend.

Marie, looking forward to the new thread and LOVE this group! Wowza, such a positive vibe here and dedicated posters! Woot!

Also great work on stomping the Cheese Its ... those things are EVIL. Lol, I love them, too.

Gayle, so hope ye find the mask just right for you and/or solution to the pain issue!!!! Wazoo on the FLOWER POWER! Huzzah!

My exercise yesterday was walking with the hand weights for half an hour.

Hello all,

Week 1

Week 2 :1/2::1/2:

Week 3 (/)1/2:

Didn't do so well today ~ I had dental work done, and was trying to eat soft stuff after ~ didn't make such good choices. Made some instant mashed potatoes ~ I think they had too much sodium in them ~ I could sort of taste a too salty of a taste, but ate them anyway. Wish I hadn't, but what is done is done.
