1438 calories and 12 carb serv. I was tempted to eat more tonight but with my new "program" i was able to get through it.
Marie your dinner out sounds great me. Ummm nachos, strawberry dacquirie...yeah I could go for that.. I can imagine how you felt when you lost your data but it's good to know that loseit saves our foods.
Hi all! Eating on track today but I didn't work out this morning. Joints were really sore when I woke up.
good job to everyone!

Ate out tonight and calories are very approx but tried to err on the high side if anything. 1660 calories but know my carbs are probably way too high, maybe 15 carb serv. I won't be eating any more tonight though and that in itself is a NSV as normally within an our or two I'd be eating again.
Worked out today, 1266 calories but I did go over (supposedly)carbs at 13.7 carb serv.
I should have checked my carbs before having my dinner tonite.
I had only 27 carb grams for dinner so thought I could have a light mocha (made with water not milk) but I made a mistake as I forgot to look at the whole day not just that meal. So over the whole day I did go over.
I'm not sure that it hurts if the carbs are spread out further, but will see.
Marie - Glad your "naughty" day didn't turn out so bad.
ETA: Forgot to mention today's NSVs:
When I realized I'd gone over on carbs, I only ate an oz of cheese tonight. Usually never eat cheese alone. Then my dh decides to have popcorn! But I had no problem resisting. So happy about that!

Mary, good for you in keeping track so meticulous and correcting an oops. You are doing fantastic.
I ellipticalled today and will end the day at 1375 cals. Yesterday was 1454 with a doggie hike. Doing pretty well staying on track. It will get harder next week when DH goes back to swing shift and he tends to like to have dinner. Me - not too much into dinner so I munch during the day. That will have to stop. As off today, I'm an removed from all medical restrictions. So that is cool. No monthly pain and I don't go back until December. I can so live with that.
Marie
1308 calories and 13 carbs. will try to do better on carbs tomorrow. Again I didn't add my carbs up well enough...thought I was doing ok but grabbed a banana while cooking without even thinking about it, otherwise I ate well but it caused me to to over by one. I worked out this morning: my usual except no treadmill.
Marie - Thanks. Yeah I always track but in the past it didn't stop me from going over. I think I saw myself as not being able to control overeating on my regular food but now I know I can as long as I stay close to the source of my strength.
Hi all,
Just a quick post. Today's eating was pretty much on track. a small peanut butter bar (a couple of bites) under pressure at a meeting but I am within limits. Supper was a great and healthy meal of lemon poached fish, green beans, mushrooms and roasted potatoes. Yum.
Marie, you sound more like yourself every day. Your endurance will get better. It just takes some time.
Mary, when you say carb servings.... What is a carb serving? I get confused on how you are counting.
I am tired so I will head off to rest. night friends!

Rie - I was taught to count carb servings. A carb serving is 15 gms of carb. According to the diabetic nutritionist I am allowed 12 carbs serv a day. They actually recommended 9-10 carb serv/day to help me lose weight but I find that very hard to do. I like my carbs and my bs is usually pretty good on 12 and I count calories for my weight.
Just saw your question, but I will be back later with day's results.
1291 calories and 12 carb serv. I notice my sat fat is a little hight today but otherwise I did well. Worked out as usual.
1405 calories, 13 carb serv. My bs is a little high in am but really really good otherwise.
