It took a while, but mine came to it... I had asked him if he would join me in losing the last 25, because that was about what he needed to lose. He didn't, and waited another 3 months until we were on a trip with another couple and he ate a crazy amount of food. He felt awful when we got home, and I hadn't even gone up one bit. That was when he decided to start...
Went back a couple pages. Count me in the "supportive spouse" category. I know my DH is much happier with me being thinner and does all he can to support me. Sum I LOL'd at your comment about you and your DH. I really don't think people are thinking that.
TooWicky Wow!! Look at you!! Love your new avatar!
CatTails Love your new avatar, too! You look happy, slim, relaxed. Yay!
TOM started today... grrrr! I'm really messed up there. I'll have it visit 2 months in a row for 4 days or so, and then skip 2 months... That's been the routine for at least the past 6 months. You think I'd be happy, but I'd just as soon it completely go away... my dr wasn't concerned about it.
B - egg, cheese, light yogurt
L - Salad, chicken, orange, animal crackers
S - orange, cheese stick, Magic pop
D - pork loin, 2 oz brown rice, salad, blueberries, animal crackers
S - Weight Watchers ice cream treat, Magic pop.
E - none, didn't feel like it. W - 8 cups
All of that is 1210 calories, and I'm starving... so going to have an MRC cappuccino. Or something like that. then go to bed.
MarleneV, I hope so. He's on medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and his last blood test showed him to be pre-diabetic. I'm afraid he's not going to do anything to help himself until he's actually diabetic, when if he would be proactive NOW, he could head it off! Sigh...
Sum, I second what Heidi said. "Frumpy" is not how I'd describe you!
Welcome back and thank you, Heidi. It's kind of a big step for me: I've never put my picture on the internet before. And again, I agree with Heidi: TooWicky, what a great picture!
Another excellent low carb day. And The Whoosh Fairy paid me a visit, just in time for my weekly weigh in; my grueling exercise regime is working

NewLeaf - I'm with you, need to check in daily to keep my mind on track...
Hmmm...I have the morning off (work 2-7), and am thinking of going on a hike if weather cooperates. Hurt my leg on Monday, made it worse on Wednesday, so I'm not sure I should go at all. (rest it, stupid, rest it...)
Next week is going to be a soup week. I have a Vitamix and I am gathering all the recipes I think I will like and making my shopping list.

I am also alcohol free until Valentine's day.

I am down another .8 pounds to 162.0. w00t!
Today's an UpDay so I am looking forward to lots of yummy food, some gardening/yard work, and then a serious walking workout tonight. I purchased a waist leash for the dog so I can do some upper body work with wrist weights while I walk. Also I got some additional vest weights. Tonight it will be three miles, with hills, one whole hour of light arm exercises, plus carrying 24 pounds total weights.
You are a wonder woman shrinking! That is impressive!!
I will do a difficult hike today through snow, that hike just melts my pounds off
Zumba that is why he is an ex -- You have us!! We've got your back! I could have never done this without 3FC's! The support I have received has been more than words can describe.
