1/2/2014 ... 156.0 Here we start the New Year. A Bit of damage from Holiday goodies.
1/8/2014 ... 155.0 A teeny whoosh. I am walking more than running, but doing it regularly. 1/23/2014 ... 157.0 Weight inching up. Plain and simple, I eat too much, love my 2nd helpings. 2/1/2014 ... 157.0 Winter is not my friend. Cabin fever. Winter sports not part of my life right now. 2/8/2014 ... 154.0 Whoosh. 2/17/2014 ... 159.0 Hey body, you gotta be kiddin me. WTF?? Yes Ive been eating a lot of carbs, but I have been working 'em off, right? 2/25/2014 ... 158.0 inching up, up. 3/2/2014 ... 156.5 Still not eating as well as I should. For example DH has discovered moon pies and loves to share. 3/9/2014 ... 158.5 Part of me thinks, hey I am still lighter than when I got married; Another part of me says that very complacency is the root of my problem. 3/16/2014 ... 156.0 meh. Still not able to exercise outdoors. Soon though!! 3/30/2014 ... 157.5 Forever in the 150's I fear. Too much snacking. __________________ |

Doing my stair machine 30 mins daily, faithfully. I also have made slight goal adjustment. NSV-be able to wear jeans on my hips with no muffin top. Weight goal: 115 (this has changed many times in 4 yrs). |

Hi all, I hope you don't mind another new face :) (Old 3fc member that fell off the wagon lol) Tracking on MFP, bought a fitbit to see my activity, upped my walking and try to do 30 mins of exercise on a wii a day. I'm finding it harder this time round.
