some of the weight may come back as I lost it while sick with the stomach virus. But I used that loss of appetite to make my self comfortable with only eating while hungry and not due to some emotion.

That was the hardest lesson to learn and habit to break...emotional eating. Very difficult to overcome for sure.

1/23/2014 ... 157.0 Weight inching up. Plain and simple, I eat too much, love my 2nd helpings.

I knew I was gaining while being so sick and taking so many different drugs. I have felt better this week & I am not happy with the weight, but I feel much better & better able to eat & take care of myself. So next week I plan on having a better weigh in.

This is an official weigh-in near and dear to my heart. BMI-wise, I am "no longer obese" :carrot: I'm merely overweight! I started off my weight loss journey at 275 lbs in April 2013, but didn't start weekly weigh-ins until I joined 3FC in June/July 2013. This morning I was 190½ lbs.

Congrats Toowicky, I remember when I went from obese to overweight, it was quite a day :) Congrats ADD, I think I gained the 3 pounds you lost lol...

Well, I weighed yesterday and sigh, gained 5 pounds in one week:
142 :?:

I'm listening to everyone's advice here not to worry, probably water weight. I'm readjusting my eating a bit this week and doing a little more cardio to see if it changes next Monday.

TooWicky that is awesome!!!! Tomorrow is weigh-in for me...nervous. I have been great on the eating, but you know how you see nothing on a great week? Thats how I feel it is....... ugh.

Hi. I am newly 40 (my birthay was the 24th).

My weight change for the month of January:

1/1/14 187.6
1/31/14 181.0

I will have to start posting my weekly changes - I don't have my log here, but I know I started 2014 at 187.5 and wanted to reach 180 by the end of January, which I almost did.
