Food has pretty much been crap because I haven't felt good enough to cook or anything else. |
My weight today is 137. I guess I'll do a weekly Monday weigh-in from now on...I'm a little confused, do I just post the weekly? Seems like most folks are posting a history of weigh-ins?

I weigh weekly, and plan to just keep adding to the record of weigh-ins (the history) so I can see where I've come from and the trend. But you can do your weigh-ins however you choose to! |
