Monthly weigh-in time! I remain at a weight standstill, which is a win given my dietary choices recently.
But when will I ever get it together and charge towards my next goal, eh? I'm too comfortable where I am apparently. But at a recent doctor appointment he agreed that losing more could only help my back issues. Is there a way to recall changing your weight over the past months? I would like to have them typed out as so many of you have. I would love to see the progression downward. Unfortunately, I didn't think to do this in the beginning :dunno:

Just start recording it now going forward, before you know if you'll have amassed more data than you know what to do with. :) |
