I started here last month been at a plateau since Feb at a 50 lb loss and since joining here I'm done almost 9lbs I turned 40 last April Sept 4th-191 Sept 11th-187.4 Sept 18th-184.4 Sept 25th-184 Oct 2-183.8 |

9/27: 149 10/5: 147.6 I'm using myfitpal to calorie count and it seems to be spot on. I had a 4500 cal deficit and so I lost just over a pound. |

Mar 26: 264 Apr 2: 264 (I actually did lose 300g but I'm rounding off here.) Apr 9: whoosh! what happened to that week? Apr 16: 265 Apr 23: 260 Yaaaaaahahahahahahaha! May 7: 261 Boooooooooooooo! June 25: 257 July 2: 256 (Wed.) July 10: 254 (Wed.) July 17: 249 First time under 250 for a loooooooong time July 23: 250 (Not a big surprise, considering last weeks mega-whoosh.)
