I love this thread NewLeaf! I really enjoyed reading everyone's little victories.

Fruitbat, good job disagreeing with yourself, haha! Made me laugh, I need to practice that more often!

Today I limited myself to a single serving of the Lochmead Farms ice cream my fiance brought home...and now I am surfing 3FC to keep my nose out of the rest of it!

Stayed withing my Weight Watchers points!!! Saving up for a girl's night out tomorrow night. Only extra light beer...and only a couple for me!

I limited my portion size and drank water instead of diet soda.

I went for a walk on my lunchbreak even though my walking partner bailed on me. when I got home from work I strapped my 3 yr old daughter in the stroller and we went for another walk around the neighborhood. 35 minutes of cardio today!

I am loving this thread!!

I came back from a very indulgent vacation, foodwise, and am right back at it this morning, foodwise. Sitting here nice and hungry at 11:26am, pondering what healthy choice of homemade healthy food to pull out of the freezer for lunch.

I put a little notebook and pencil in the kitchen to log my food in, to help keep me accountable.

I went to my nutritionist this morning and was completely honest about how crappy I've been eating the past few days (weeks). Have committed o getting 100% back on plan TODAY!

Stuck to my no bread rule, and took the time to cook cauliflower to put my tuna on at lunch instead of saying oh well you can only eat tuna with bread!!im doing great!

I went thru the drive-thru at Sonic for someone else, and got NOTHING for me I went home and made a healthy salad. This is a big deal. The lady that works the drive-thru and I are pretty much bffs since I used to be by there so much >< This time she remarked she hadn't seen me in "forever."
