Kristiina, we went to Sagebrush Cantina Saturday & I thought of you. It's good to see you back. Keep up your positive outlook chickie. A pound down is a pound down & a little bit healthier than you were in the begining of the month.
Zumba, you are so close to goal! Have you thought what you're going to do for maintenance? Are you going with a set weight or going to try to stay in a range? I'm not een thinking about maintenance yet.
I checked my BMI & I am finally out of the obese range. Yay! I am not going to hit my goal of 170 by the 4th, but I am going to get there. Maybe for my birthday in August? That's been my dieting story, not hitting goals in the time frame I want to. But I've actually finally developed a good mental outlook about it.
kandd416 - congratulations to you for getting out of the obese BMI range!! That's a major accomplishment.
I am PMSing like crazy - feeling and looking bloated. The scale read 155 today - yikes! I went for a good long walk today at a brisk pace, I did my 3lb free weights for my arms (trying to get rid of the waddle) and I ate on plan today. That's all I can really do. I didn't meet my 4th of July scale goal, but I did well with my water intake, vitamins, and most of all - exercise.
~ weight goal ~ 5 pound loss.~~~~NOPE! At 145.5 this am ~SW 145 GW 140 Which would mean; healthy BMI~~~~Nope ~ upper body toning 3xweek ~~~~YUP ~ core training 3xweek~~~~Maybe...hehe ~ take 100000 steps per week.~~~~Yup, and some more
Kim, We almost went there on Saturday...how funny!! We ended up in Commerce Twp...kinda towards you Congrats leaving obese behind!!
Guacamole, good job on hitting most of your goals! -- Are you doing a new challenge? Perhaps 2 month one till labor day? I am just learning about the reset. Jo at slow dancer thread is doing it. I was just asking for tips.
Happy 4th, everyone! I have no idea what my weight is today - we came back from camping this morning, and unless I can weigh right out of bed, I don't do it. . I think it's safe to say I didn't meet my goal, but it was a great experience and taught me a lot about how I approach this project. I'll be taking a longer view from here on out - eyeballing the end of the year instead. Thanks for all the support!
Lose 4 pounds, which would put me at 149 lbs (and a normal BMI weight!!!!) - Did not do it - weighed in at 153 today.
Stick to an average of 9,000-9,300 calories per week - Did not do it - that calorie range was too low for me, so I have upped it to 10,000 calories per week as a goal.
Take my vitamins every day - Did it!
Exercise more - Did it! This is the one I am most proud of.
Still chugging along, and even though I didn't meet all of my goals, I am still hanging in there.
HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well here we are at the end of another challenge....I gained a few lbs...checking in at a little under 134..still less than I was when I started this challenge!!! I didn't drink more water, I didn't work out more and I didn't take vitamins..Oh well, have to keep trying...congratulations to everyone that stuck to this challenge...!!
Everyone should be proud of themselves. Maybe you didn't hit all your goals, but we all made steps toward our ultimate goals & I'm pretty dang proud of you ladies!
I didn't quite make it to my goal of 170, big suprise there, but I am closer than I was when I started this challenge. My ending weight was 173.2. I've actually lost pretty good numbers the last couple of weeks & I think that's from my change in exercise.
I hope to see you all on the next challenge, whatever that may be.
