Hi everyone, I want to join in, too. My goals for June:

1) Calorie count to consist of 1400-1600 daily.

2) Exercise 4-5 times a week for at least 50 minutes.

3) Drink only water, tea or 1/2 serving fruit juice mixed with 1/2 water.

4) Resist POTATO CHIPS of any kind or any amount. They are my guiltiest "snack, junk and cheat food." (I do not normally adhere to total deprivation, but for the month of June, I will not eat any chips.)

5) Reach a goal weight of 225 by Thursday, July 1.
