Hi!
My goals will be
1. Lose 10 lbs, weighed in Friday at 243. So 233 or under would be nice.

2. Drink AT LEAST 64 oz water every day. Aim for 128 oz.

3. Exercise 20 - 30 min a day, 5 days a week.
