Hi... I have been lax at reporting in the past week or so but have 173 minutes of exercise to add. Personal total now 1192, with 308 to go this month.

Tonight I did 30 minutes on the elliptical at hill level 5, and I also did 4 minutes of that on reverse. That brings my total to 565.

Hi Ladies - Anyone wondering where my minutes have been? LOL! :) Well I'm not "off the wagon", but I sure feel it! Well, I've got 141 minutes to add - but that's over 4 days...I need to get my groove back! New totals are:

I got home late yesterday so no late night exercise as I was exhausted by the time I prepared dinner and cleaned up!

LOL I hope I did not miss anyone who has reported going over goal! Cheers for them too.... AND also all those who SET and worked toward a goal even if you don't quite make it!! I will zoom past mine today or maybe tomorrow, since Sunday is usually the day I don't do much. But I want to go to a different grocery store and get some things... so I just MIGHT get out my backpack and hoof it down there this afternoon! :)
Too bad Tuesday is still October! We are having a big harvest carnival at church for all the neighborhood kids and I volunteered to work at one of the games or as a candy runner, etc. :) Too bad I can't count that toward next month's exercise goal! :) |

Well, there is no way I will make my goal this month, but it is mostly because I was super sick for that period of time. Oh well, I have made it every other month and I have still been doing well.

Thanks, Heather! It is nice to have met my goal a couple days early! And don't worry, I will have some minutes to rack up on Tuesday night as I am working at the Harvest Carnival at church -- it is for the whole neighborhood, whoever wants to come! Last year we had over 1,000 people come through in three hours so I am sure I am going to be hopping. Not sure yet just what I will be doing.
