I just reached my goal last month .. but I had a whole week off of "official" exercise as I dont count the work we have been doing out in the garden and getting the wood etc ... but I am determined to boogie with Richard a minimum of 4 times a week this month ... so I upping mine to 900 (giving me a chance to pass on Richard if I do less outside this month lol).
Me again!! Didn't wanna just edit my post...it would confuse me to pieces! So, I got in a second walk tonight - 36 minutes this time! Woo Hoo! New totals are:
Personal Total: 41 + 36 = 77/1085 - 1008 minutes until goal!

I just wanted to report in. I don't have any exercise minutes to report but yesterday I ended up walking almost 5 miles (over 15,000 steps on my pedometer) while hanging out in DC. My legs were pooped last night so I wasn't able to get any "official" exercise in but I'm going to start today.
Sunday I did 20 minutes of hill climbing/walking, and today it was back to aerobics/strength workout for another 90. Thank goodness the regular instructor is back - I worked a lot harder with a familiar routine.
Guess what?? I managed to get in 60 mins today....that's half my goal.
Maybe I should increase it a bit. Let me add 60 mins to my total goal. That'll put me at 60 out of 180.
Well I am getting fed up with the FFM passing me by so tried to crank things up. Today with my aerobic walking I also did "marching" and trying to swing my butt around and also did all kinds of arm exercises. LOL someone at work asked me (jokingly) if I was trying to be a cheerleader.
But I got 78 minutes of aerobic walking and 15 mins exercise bike for total of 93.
