Melissa-- Please hang in there. I honestly feel your pain. I was stuck at 330 for about five month

It was a really hard ime for me but I changed my eating plan and slowly I got things back on track. Also I am happy you joined the exercise thread.
notthecheat- hang in there as well. I was stuck for about two weeks at my current weight and now I am finally seeing a change in the scales.
