Come on in and join the fun! Late entries welcome! Here's how it works:
There are 10 things each day to strive for - don't worry, you don't need to get them all! Also included are things done only a couple days each month. Here's the breakdown:
July 1st (Or on your starting day!)
Record your starting weight and measurements
Everyday
Say 1 good thing about yourself to yourself when you wake up
Drink 3+ bottles of water (500ml bottles as an example)
Count your calories/points/carbs and stay under your limit
Take 5 minutes for a silent meditation
Exercise for 10 minutes (bonus stars for every additional 10 minutes!!)
Eat NO fast food
Eat NO junk food
Drink NO sugared soda
No eating 1 hour before going to bed
Log your star points each night
Every Saturday (Feel free to do your own personal weigh-in on the day you usually do it.)
Weigh yourself and record it for this challenge
July 31st
Record your final weight and measurements
So, grab a journal, write down each of the goals, and stick a star beside each one you complete! Add up your stars each night and at the end of the month add up your days to get your monthly Star Points! Then next month let's try to top our personal accomplishments!! Together we can do this, chickies!!

going to lose 200 - I like way you posted your daily stars....maybe we should all just post like that...as in editing our posts daily. Seems like it will make everything a bit easier!
I don't like competitions either. Cuz if I don't win, I feel like I've failed, and that's not the case. We are all winners! -cue cheesy background music-
Oh, and I like the idea of just editing our entries each day. I'll keep a running total of mine...so you don't have to.
