Hey guys.
I posted some pics from my garden this morning. The light was so pretty and the smell was wonderful. Unfortunately I can't bottle the aroma for you however I can share the beauty...

Ammi, Your pics look great.

I am the type that hates long tops, I don't try to cover my belly or butt with my top. I tend to wear shortish tops that go a little longer than my waist. I figure that I have a big belly and no shirt is really going to hide that, so why try? Skirts do a decent job when I wear those though but I haven't been in the mood lately.

My skinny BF is losing weight... because he is eating what I eat. He says "oh a couple more lbs gone" and I'm like what? how fair is that? He doesn't even try to control what he eats but I basically control it for him. He does add on snacks when he is hungry though but still. I'm just a bit jealous but I am glad that he is losing weight with what I've been feeding him. He really doesn't have much excess weight to begin with though so I don't know where he is losing it from.

I haven't been exercising and I really need to. The humidity kills me though. I guess I just have to do it and get my exercise partner on board as well. Oh well.

nelie -- I know what you mean. It isn't THAT easy for my hubby to lose, but we are the same height and I exercise much more than he does and eat less and I can just about keep up with him. *sigh*

Thanks for your kind words about my weight loss and my photos. It took me a while to see that I do look a bit smaller in the full length photo, but was more than happy that at least my weight loss is obvious in my face

Ammi-- you look slimmer all over not just in your face. You are really looking great. These aren't just "kind words" you are looking great! To me you look a lot smaller in the full length photo. Way to go

There are still about 6000 homes in St. Louis with out power. We have the US Army and other local and state offices helping to get people places to stay where they can be cool. Many people have lost all their food etc. Like I said we were blessed to not have lost power and I have been helping out at a local children's home to assist with the steady growth of people who have been coming since they don't have power.

Default I feel so big

Ok so I dance around the house all the time and then I usually get on my exercise ball that I got from a local sporting goods store. It is a ball that people use for sit-ups etc. Anyway My ball just broke on me while I was sitting on it. I just feel so fat and now in a real downward spirit. Husband said we will just go and buy a new one but that didn't make me feel any better. oh well I just needed to tell someone else. take care ladies...

rkrs - don't worry too much about it. You are working on your weight and you have done a fantastic job. One of my biggest fears has always been to break a chair or something, especially those white plastic ones. I still can't sit in them comfortably.
