Hi everybody!!!

As usual I read all of your posts and am thinking of all of you.

Crock, sorry you are sick! Get well soon!!!

Kayley, yahoo, great news on the job! I always thought it would be fun to work at a newspaper. That is so exciting. Congratulations!

HP, hope your hubby is better soon!!!

Nancy, good advice about not getting down on ourselves when we blow it! Just have to get up and get back to it!!

redhotmama, welcome! Great having you here!

gonnabefit, I sure know what you mean about the foot pain! I have the bone spurs and plantar fasciatis too... but just keep on going! This sounds (and smells) horrible but I have found that if I smear my feet with Icy Hot and wrap them in Glad cling wrap and put socks on at night, it really helps!

Sharon, sure hope that family of yours is all feeling well again soon! Wow you must be so tired of all the illness.

I had a nice surprise today. I lost a pound Monday (no scales yesterday) so kind of expected to gain some back today... but instead I lost TWO more! Wow that DID make me happy and put my total at 45 yayyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

Hey Everyone! I decided to wear my pedometer for a little walk late tonight, got in 1240 steps...a start, right? LOL I don't know how many steps I did throughout the day though, I wasn't wearing my pedometer then. Anyways, I'll be swimming again tomorrow - yay! I love it! Anyways, I'm off now...have a good one - stay on track everyone!

Melissa

That's a great start, Melissa! And I agree, too, that swimming is so helpful. Glad you have such a good start on your weight loss!
