Why would you feel stupid or embarassed? No need to be embarassed here--we're all 300+ or have been at some point. I was 310.5 pounds at my highest that I knew of (could have been higher at some point and not even known it), and I'm only 23 years old (was 22 when I joined here), so don't think you're too young.
