I wish my problem was keep weighing myself
, I do'nt want to get on them! the battery has gone in mine so I get weighed at my slimming club, gained a lb this week. I have had a realy bad attack of ibs
, but it is better today, so tomorrow I'm back using my exercise video & eating healthy. I know that I will feel better in myself as well as my body, muscles & insides.

, I hope that your losses do'nt stop you from being healthy,(I'm sure they are looking down on you & watching out for you and being proud that you are getting healthier) do'nt know what to say about your guy, apart from you deserve someone who loves you, would you two-time someone you love?
but its your life and I hope he's REALLY trying hard to make amends to you. I hope I did'nt cause offence, it is what I'd tell any friend, and I hope that here on 3fc, thats what we all are.
