Monday, June 20 (me and hubby's 18th wedding anniversary!!) - 40 minute walk. What used to be my 50 minute walk has now turned into a 40 minute walk! Same ground, just covering it faster now.

20 Minutes of walking the Labrynth at our Church. I am "Recreation Leader" for Vacation Bible School this week, so also getting exercise in there!

Hi everyone,

I am sorry that I have been MIA for so long. I have been really sick again with another head/chest cold. I did manage to go swim today for 60 minutes. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi all for Friday the 24th I am posting pretty late. Sorry. I swam today at the river all day long with my Sister and her 5 kids!!! It was lots of fun and lots of exercise.

I didn't get my walk in yesterday (Friday) as a really good friend came in from out of town (she moved in February and I miss her soooo much:( ), so we, along with another friend of ours, orderd Applebee's (yes, I ordered from the WW menu and stayed on program!) and sat on my deck for four hours catching up!

To make up for that, the hubby, son and I played badmitton for ONE whole hour tonight in the horrid humidity! Well, actually my son quit on us after about 30 minutes, but hubby and I were having so much fun we played until it was too dark to see the birdie!

Woo hoo! I think I'm back! :cheer:

26 June (Sat): 10 min workout and 15 min walk
27 June (Sun): 55 min strength training and aerobics PLUS (yay!) I walked 2 miles at Fairhaven lake... mind you, they were leisurely miles... ;)
I'm going to try and get back into my aerobics now that all injuries appear to be gone...

Sunday, 45 minute walk with hubby, fur babies, my son and neighbor boy. Let me tell you it was hot! Then 45 minutes of badmitton. Again, we had to quit because it got so dark we couldn't see the birdie!

Dogpal - I'm glad you're injuries have healed and your back on top!

I don't know about you ladies, but to me, everytime I sweat my rump off walking or playing badmitton, or doing any kind of exercise, I feel so good after. I feel like I've accomplished something. I was just telling my hubby tonight, I can't control a whole lot of things in life, but one thing I can defintely control is what goes in my mouth!

Time for a "sweat relief" shower and probably bed.

27 June 05 - 30 minutes of aerobics and stregnth training PLUS I went on a few exploration walks today and managed to walk 2 - 3 miles more than usual (according to my pedometer). It feels good... :dizzy: I'm so energetic these days it's wild. Oh please please let me down next week!!! :)
