good evening ladies...just came back from our abbreviated walk...only did 2 miles/30 minutes this evening (june 10th)...decided to turn back when it started thundering...oh well = )

Hi All you movers! Well, It is so nice and sunny today in Southwestern Idaho. It is supposed to storm later this evening. I did my 100 sit ups (boy my belly is screaming at me) and my 60 minutes in the pool. Come on chicks, lets keep on moving.

Rain rain go away...ughhh...I was really enjoying going out for a walk in the evenings too...but tonight my exercise was going out dancing with my friends at my fave redneck bar...I danced for about an hour total,,,and the best part...I didn't drink any beer or mixed drinks...so it was lots of calories burned :D

Hiya!!! The DH and I went to the Botanical Gardens here in Memphis and walked for about an hour...took some pictures and fed some fish...so glad to be getting back outside again.

Good Evening all,

I had a pretty good day. I started of with early morning swim for 60 minute swim then took the rest of the day off of exercising. Hubby and I drove to Boise (about 20 min. away) and since my Birthday is Friday, he took me to a store called swim and run shop and bought me all kinds of swim goodies. Kickboard, nose plug, misc. I can't wait to try them all out tomorrow a.m. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Hello everyone!

I hate to say it, but this weekend was almost a total wash when it came to working out :( My friend drug me along to a baby shower she was helping to host on Sat. and we got quite a workout cleaning up the church hall. There were 3 of us and we put up about 100 chairs on tables so we could sweep and mop and then when the floors dried we had to go back around and put them all down. They wernt really heavy at first, but they seemed to get heavier and heavier as we worked...lol. That was about all the activity I got in this weekend :( Im going to try to make up for it this week though... barring rain, natural disasters and acts of God, (lol)I plan on walking every evening and doing my upper body work out twice this week. :)

Friday, June 10 - 45 minutes of walking.

Saturday, June 11 - One hour of water aerobics.

Sunday, June 12 - 45 minutes of "family" badmitton! WHEW! I got a wild hair this weekend and went and bought a badmitton/volleyball set. I thought it would be a great "family" fun/exercise game. I'm beginning to think I'm too old and fat for this! But I'm going to hang in there.

Good Morning Ladies- I did not exercise last night (june 13th) and I probably will not for at least a week. I have some girl issues going on (enough to see a dr.) and I don't even want to walk right now. So....as soon as all is well again, I will be right back on track...but I will be y'alls cheerleader over here...most of you guys are kicking butt and taking names = )

I did not exercise at all yesterday. :-{ From registering for classes to helping (handing my fiance things) fix my car, having dinner and games with his family, my day was too full. Am hoping to do much better tonight and make up for yesterday!

Tuesday, June 14 - 50 minutes of walking and 40 minutes of badmitton (I think I sweat harder playing badmitton than I do on my walks!!)

Hello Girlies... I'm back! ;) I won't bore you with a day by day list of exercise, but from 8 June - 14 June I did at least 30 minutes of walking, squats and lunges, so I am still right there with you! I've been staying at my mom's house in Atlantic City the last few days so it brought back a lot of lazy memories like taking the bus EVERYWHERE. Yesterday I walked myself to the boardwalk (about 1.5 miles roughly), walked half of AC on the boardwalk :lol: and even waded in the water and walked the beach a bit. I walked to the point of exhaustion, took a cab home, had a bath, and took a nap! I felt so good for it!

congrats to all of you on your exercise and for those of you needing that boost, here it is: :coach: C'mon, Let's go! Tomorrow is a new day!
