Hi all, for Saturday June 4th, I swam 60 minutes and did 100 sit ups.

I did some unconventional exercise today (june 4th). My sister moved today and I went over to help...so her place had no electricity and consequently no A/C...so the game plan was to pack and move as quick a possible and since I knew I would be wore out I made it into my exercise...I kept moving and did everything double time...I even volunteered to go upstairs and bring stuff down over and over...so I count it as over an hour of exercise and know I sweated a ton :D

Hello Everyone!!

You guys are doing GREAT!! :D I'm sorry I havent been able to check in, I have had company this weekend (Till Wed.) and I havent had a chance to get online. I have been doing my exercise though!! :D

Thursday: 1 hour FIRM video and a 40 minute (1 1/4 mile) walk
Friday: 40 minute walk again
Saturday: 40 minute walk again

Im pretty proud of myself... this week (From Sunday to Saturday) I have walked 6 1/4 miles and I have done my yoga video twice, my 30 minute upper body FIRM tape twice and the 1 hour cardio FIRM video once!! Woo Hoo!! I have kicked butt this week!! :D

I seriously cant wait to see my measurements at the end of this month!! :D

Yay for the 30 day challenge! :D Keep up the great work guys!

04 June

Well my leg swelled up and went really achey. Oddly, hubby was sore and tired too (hope we're not getting sick!). So, neither of us were up to this week's 6 mile walk :(

I did 30 mins of yoga instead. Ug... I need my leg to get better! The walk for life is in 2 weeks and next Saturday I'm at a wedding... I hope I am back to my walking maniac self on the day of the Walk...

congrats everyone on getting that exercise in!

hey gang, are we diong this or what :encore: decided to bring it down a knot today! I did a streching cd I got last year, for the mature female.
I really enjoyed it!!!! and boy do my muscles feel good [CD was 45 min long]

If its not too late, you can count me in. Being that today is June 5....that gives me 4 days @ 30 mins. each to catch up on, totalling 2 hrs (or 120 mins.)

So to make that up I will be doing at least 35 minutes of exercise each day from today forward.

Sometime during the daylight hours I will be heading to a place called City Park in Warwick, RI to get in at least 35 minutes, if not more....its about a 3 mile windy trail through the woods and by water and stuff, absolutely my favorite place to walk.

Once I do that I will update. And I will also update with the number of steps I walked today as I do wear a pedometer from the time I wake up until I go to bed most times.

Sunday, June 5 - Hubby and I cleaned the gutters out (about an hour) and then I mowed the yard (another 45 minutes). Not conventional, but boy it was definitely exercise!

Hi everyone. For Sunday June 5th, I rode my recumbant bike for45 minutes and did 100 sit ups! Whew. Everyone looks like they are doing pretty good at the challenge. Keep up the wonderful life changing work.

Okay, walking on Saturday, Sunday: I did this Osteoarthritis prevention stretching video which I will not be doing again. Ouch.
