theotherjen: Wow! It takes me an hr to do 3 miles. Go girl!

15 June 05 squats and lunges
16 June 05 walking
17 June 05 walking

And, I managed another injury before the Walk for Life - really sore achiles heel... I guess my body is truly tired of carrying all this weight around! Anyway wish me luck on Sunday girls! I will finish it even if it takes a little longer!

Hi guys,

You walkers, don't be so harsh with yourselves, at least you are doing it! You go girls. I swam for 60 minutes and did 100 sit ups and 10 min. on stationary bike.
Blessings,
dogpal

Hi Girls... I've been so busy, haven't been posting (or doing roll call - will get on track soon)

For info: 18 June & 19 June I walked. Yesterday was the Walk for Life, was supposed to be 6 miles, turns out it was 8 miles and we finished in 3 hrs. It was a spiritual experience and I will never look at exercise the same way again - in a good way.

Congrats to all you body movers! Anybody know where's Audrey? Is she on holiday?
