My company left and I am finally getting a chance to get things posted! I havent done so well this past week... especially compared to last week, but Im going to try to make up for it between now and Sunday!
I walked at least 30 minutes 2 days and today I did my upper body FIRM workout this morning and then this afternoon I did the whole video with the lower body and upper body (again) so together thats an hour and a half... and Im already a little sore, but it feels pretty good

I feel like I actually worked some of those hidden muscles!
So far it looks like everyone is doing GREAT!! Imagine how great our results are going to be at the end of the month!!
