For Tuesday, June 7 - mowed the front yard this time (and again in this horrible midwest humidity). Took me 40 minutes, three bottles of water (and one potty break!!)

Detroitlady - Sugar-free popsicles - never thought of that. Sounds yummy, cold and OP. I'm buying some next time I go to the store!

Hi all,

I have missed one day on the 6th but I have made up for it with swimming an extra 1/2 hour so I feel like I am back on track. I did swim 1 hour for today the 8th of June too. Good job everyone.
Blessings,
Dogpal

Hi Everyone,

I just got back from the pool. I swam 60 minutes, did 100 sit ups and lifted weights.
I guess I'm back on track after my bug.
Blessings to everyone,
Dogpal

My company left and I am finally getting a chance to get things posted! I havent done so well this past week... especially compared to last week, but Im going to try to make up for it between now and Sunday!

I walked at least 30 minutes 2 days and today I did my upper body FIRM workout this morning and then this afternoon I did the whole video with the lower body and upper body (again) so together thats an hour and a half... and Im already a little sore, but it feels pretty good I feel like I actually worked some of those hidden muscles!

So far it looks like everyone is doing GREAT!! Imagine how great our results are going to be at the end of the month!!

YAY to US!!!

Thursday night: light aerobics for beginners, turns out it takes much more room than I have to work with, so slightly modified for my space. :-}
