I did Walk away the pounds Express - the two mile walk..man that's a lot harder than the original walk away the pounds!! if you guys need to pump them up, i'd recommend them!!!
and i also toned with the stretchie band..yay!

Yes-a 2 mile tape and a walk each day this weekend. and moved tons of rock in the driveway yesterday-lots of lifting and hauling :)

MissMeliss: Cardio Step is from The Firm, one of the older onces. I used Jane Fonda Step video in the beginning. I enjoy it when I need something different than the bike or treadmill. Later this week, I'm going to do some Taebo Kickboxing :D
