Here I am at the office at 11:22, so I guess I can safely say I'm not going to exercise today. Need to get home and get some sleep.

Since yesterday just wasn't happening...I think I am going to move the Elliptical into my bedroom and see how long I can stay on there tonight, so far its about 15 minutes at a time...but I will keep at it.

knowing I can walk outdoors in the spring weather than on the boring treadmill. The temp here in OH today is 44 and raining. Walked to my increase of 60 min today. Keep up the good work everyone!! Chow!!!:) |

I did my cardio, strength,and leg exercises and part of the ab! So I got my hour in last night woohoo! Are you not supposed to work out before bedtime. Because last night I had to. I just read for a little while to get cooled off. Any ideas? |
yay me...I stayed on the Elliptical for 20 minutes last night without having stop or even really slow down...I might switch it up tonight and do WATP...but I may stop and get a new dvd...but as long as I keep moving I will be happy.
