Good afternoon ladies. The weather here in OH is rainy and

overcast. I walked 50 minutes outside today. Hope everyone
had a nice weekend.

Keep up the exercise ladies. Talk to all later.

Default yes Monday

Did my 30 minute "curves-type" workout, but it took me almos an hour today. I remembered somewhere in the back of my mind that when you work out on the weight machines, you are supposed to go slow and easy and not rush to get them over with, so I slowed my movement down. of course my 78 y/o mom said she slowed us down, but I really don't think that's exactly the whole truth! and anyway it's worth it go see her doing it at all!)

Anyway one of the trainers that used to be at the club was back with her baby today, and it have been over a year since she had been there. She made me feel really good when she said she could tell I'd lost a lot of weight and that I really looked good. I didn't have the heart to tell her that the scales hadn't moved much!]\

Good job everybody! Keep it up! I missed again today, but I can still make it 6 out of 7 for the week if I'm determined.

Well last night I was not going to exercise I had decided to screw exercise. But then I started to sit on the couch and watch Sex and the City and made myself lift weights while I watched it. Me and myself are always battling over something.

Another dreary day here in OH. Would feel much better if the
was shinning. Walked out doors for 50 minutes. I'm trying to
slowly increase to an hour. I know I will make it by the end of
the month. But once I start an hour I won't decrease in time come
**** or high water.

scooter---- its alright if you have a battle between me and myself
as long as you win!!

onlylspecialk-hippeygoddess--angela--ageoldie -- Your doing a great
job keep up the good work. check in later

Default Yes, Tuesday

Water walking, I guess you could call today a NSV day. I woke up and started to get out of bed, then I decided that I would just stay in bed and sleep another hour instead of getting up and exercising, but after a couple of minutes, I got up and got dressed and went to exercise.

But tomorrow I can't go to the club because I have a dental apointment.

Leanne, SpecialK, Barbg, Scooter: You're inspiring.

I've had a couple of way off program days... no exercise Mon. or Tues. I'm just recording this to try to keep myself honest.
