Yes (Tuesday) 30 minutes deep water walking in the rain again! I actually like being in the pool in the rain, I figure since I'm wet anyway it doesn't matter and it's sort of peaceful.

Well yesterday was my first day of vacation in a very long time. So I was just doing laundry and I didn't do anything exercise wise. But I did do good about not snacking all day WooHoo. I was kind of worried about that.

I am now going to do my Aerobics Tape so put me down for 20 minutes.

Well once again its snowing here in OH. Just flurries though. I did
my usual 30 minutes on the old treadmill. Wonder if I could pay someone to exercise for me?

Hey scooter I forgot on the other thread to congrat
you on being elected TOPS Leader and on your weight
loss. I know you'll do a great job.
