Thumbs up Did you exercise today? #4

STOP what you are doing and take a moment to fit in the time for your activity!! This thread is a way to keep some of us accountable, and also serves as a great way to log in what you have done for the week.

I don't know what the unspoken rule is about the exercise thread, I'm not even sure who started it...but it was getting kind of long and I dunno..I wanted to make a new one!!!

I walked for 50 minutes today and I am going to get on my stepper for another 10 minutes to make it an hour. I'll do that when American Idol is on.

oh well...hehehe...one was at 122 and one was at 127 i guess that averages into 125, huh? I guess we don't even need to bother creating new threads...especially with the exercise because it's not like we're posting lengthy passages and pics so they shouldn't take very long to load.

Thanks for starting the new thread, MissMeliss. We never really set a pattern with it. Maybe a new one each month would be a good idea?

I've been out of diet and exercise for about three weeks. I did just take a 10-min. walk, which ain't much, but it's more than I've been doing.

Good work to everyone who's keeping up and working hard!

yuck, i had a bad day..i really did try to exercise..i got my new jenny craig tapes from ebay, i put it into the machine, i got through the warmup but then once the workout started, my ankles really really started to hurt for some reason... does anyone else have this happen to them?? i was barely even winded either, but i had to stop. it sorta felt like it feels when you put on ice skates and your ankles get tired.

ahh well, i tried though.
