Hi one and all. Well, today is Wednesday and I did 31 minutes on

dont' know if I will continue this every day but I did well today.

Seen on Fitday, that this amount of of time on tread burns approximately
50 to 55 calories. But I'm looking on the bright side my over all health
is going to improve not just my calorie burning.

Check in Later

Thumbs down No (Weds.)

I'm distressed with myself. Today I WILL.

Good job, Hilta, Terri... yes, ANYTHING is better than NOTHING.

But I'm going to keep checking in here daily. Maybe I can shame myself into exercising.

Hita(sp): Fitday is wrong, you know you burned more cal. then that ! That's why I moved to the stat. bike, 40 mins=400cal

Default Yes I did (Friday)

Yay! An hour of deep water walking and aquarobics. I am feeling so energetic from all this exercise that I've decided to wash all my windows tomorrow and clean out the cupboards in my room - does that count as exercise??

Come on Angela and Dimples. Get off the butt and find something to do to move! I agree with Karen. Start with doing something for 5 minutes. No laziness allowed!
