I lost another 2 pounds this week, maybe i will make my mini goal of 15 pounds by Auguat 31st!!

Woo hoo! Thos 2 lbs I 'gained' on vaca must have been water! It was quite humid. Anyway I've been rushing to the toilet all day today and am back to my last real weight! Yay! So, I must've maintained! Wow... it takes a lot of extra goodies to maintain! I look forward to it.

1st Jan 2004 - 380.3 lbs
1st Nov - 345.9 lbs (just before I joined 3fc)
4th Jan 2005 - 340.6 lbs - first official weighin for the year
14th June - 333.8 lbs *** new starting point
21st June - 331.6 lbs (down 2.2) I guess baby steps are working.

Good Morning!!!

I am down another 2 lbs and have entered a new decade...289.5. The tracker doesn't do half pounds so its gonna look really good at 289 WoOhOo!!!

The best thing is that back in the fall of 2001 I weighed in at 285 on the doctor's scale and I am almost back in VFT

Congrats to all of this weeks losers and maintainers!!!

Wow, theptherjen, Congrats,!! I've not done as well, I am up .4, not even a half pound, but enough to make me nuts!! I found a pic yesterday of me, the first time that I took my hubby to meet the parents, wow, big diff from what I look like now, like about 95 pounds different!! Oh well, now I have a pic of what I can look like again!!

Default I feel good inside and out!
I haven't updated my signature but, I weighed myself today and I weigh 242.5 lbs. I am starting to see a difference in my clothes and energy level. Yeah! Good job everyone!!!!
