Default first weeks weigh in

Hi all! Well, I have been on Weight Watchers for one week and I weighed in today! I have lost 5 lbs! yay! I have taken a look over my last weeks worth of journaling and can see what changes i need to make. I didnt exercise at all this week. I am going to at least start out with one day a week. Everyone keep up the good work and thanks again for all your support and success stories! They inspire me greatly!

I have been guilty of stalking the scales...and for good reason...I am at 299.8 in the middle of the day = ) oh it is such a good feeling to see that 2....I haven't seen that number in the front in over 2 years...thank you everyone on this board for being my inspiration and for keeping me going when I feel like I am failing and destined to be obese for the rest of my life...I still have a ways to go...but I know I can make it = )

Yea Jen! I also sometimes have to go hop on the scale - now that it doesn't say ERR! I was stuck at 314 for like 2 or 3 years and then suddenly jumped to 328 - that's what made me start losing! Good for ALL us losers!

Default I did it despite the meds!

I had my weekly weigh in this morning and despite the antibiotics, prednisone and antihistamine, I actually lost!!!

well, this wasnt such a great week. i gained three pounds but i refuse to let that stop me. i am starting over today with a better attitude than this past week. i hope everyone has an awesome week.

Well I am reporting a gain this week...one pound...but I am not stressed about it. Not that I am going to let myself back into those bad habits again. I am really proud of myself this week. Normally I can lose 15-20lbs, but then something occurs like a vacation or camping or something that eating well is next to impossible and I know I will mess up and fail and why keep trying. So I let myself do what comes naturally...pig out. The old Jen would be back in the CrapDonalds line again waiting for my double cheeseburgers and on the way to gaining it back and then some. I got back home this time, got right back on plan and did some (not enough) exercise. I am so glad that I don't think like that anymore =)

Well I am off to work out

I lost 2 lbs this week and I'm trying to keep it steady I was at 257.6 last saturday and now i'm down to 255.6 Yippee!!
