Hi all! Well, I have been on Weight Watchers for one week and I weighed in today! I have lost 5 lbs! yay!
I have taken a look over my last weeks worth of journaling and can see what changes i need to make. I didnt exercise at all this week. I am going to at least start out with one day a week.
Everyone keep up the good work and thanks again for all your support and success stories! They inspire me greatly!
