Hey There how is every one? down 3lbs, so that's a total of 9lbs in 4 wks and check this out; 10 inches

I really feel good about this, sure it's slow but I remind my self that I'm down to the hard stuff!!!! the real fat that has to be burned off!!! so I'm in for the long haul so lets hang in there together!

1st Jan 2004 - 380.3 lbs
1st Nov - 345.9 lbs (just before I joined 3fc)
4th Jan 2005 - 340.6 lbs - first official weighin for the year
14th March - 329.1 lbs
24th May - 329.1 lbs (yes, the same *sigh*)

I havent posted here for a while as I led myself down the low carb path.
needless to say I went from 232 to 228 overnight then slowly lost another 4 pounds.
I found it very difficult and nauseating so I am back onto low fat. Not as confusing or restrictive.
Well, I am back up to 229.

Almost 30 pounds lost. Ha to all the doubters! I was told I couldn't lose weight eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted as much as I wanted...Well, here now 2 months later, I've lost 29 total pounds.

Well, this is my first weigh-in on this board and I had a 1.5 lb. loss.
That makes 14.5.

I had a loss this week from 331 to 326. Happy, happy...

I think I shed a bunch of water....

Doing the Mediterranean pyramid and counting calories...

Hm... still the same... but it is TOM, maybe some water will fall off in a few days... and i've not been the best on the diet front so, it could be accurate!
