Just got back from the Y......

Another 5 lbs!!! Total South Beach loss....30lbs
total from HW ......at least 40lbs lost

Yippee!!!!

Well I just joined the boards a couple days ago. I hope I remember to come here like I should!

Starting out weight as of last Thursday was 325.5 lbs.

Weight November of 2003 was 367, so I've gone down some. Still a long way to go though so I hope it goes well!

Yep, me too!

Same 321lbs.

Thats okay.....went shopping today for an outfit for on job open house tomarrow, and for the first time in a long time I did not leave crying!!!

I started with my 32 thru 36's being tight, and only being able to get clothes at Catherines....today I bought 30/32's at Fashion bug AND I got into a 28! As long as I was standing it looked very nice, but it did not really fit right, not when I sat down, but HEY, I got in it.

And the clothes were so much cheaper AND the styles were so much more FUN! Yippeee!

1st Jan 2004 - 380.3 lbs (172.5 kg)
1st Nov - 345.9 lbs
15th Nov - 343.3 lbs
22nd Nov - 343.3 lbs
29th Nov - 341.1 lbs
20th Dec - 338.6 lbs (down 2.5 lbs )
(this will have to do for my 2x2 challenge - next weighin is 4th Jan for me)
This was a real victory for me because my eating has been all over the place over the last 3 weeks, even though I have been exercising and drinking water and journalling.
Gee it feels good to put that 40 lbs lost avatar up there!!!

Didn't work out today but I went to the Y to get weighed, I've been mostly using that scale to count my offical weights.

Down another 3 lbs.

I shouldn't have been worried but I was. I have been doing the program pretty close....the only cheats have been SBD items, just from the 3 stage tho'. And I haven't been going to the Y either. Only 1 day last week. But I had been using the Pedometer and have been close to the 10,000 most days.

I figure all the dancing DH and I did on New Years helped, about 3 hours of almost constant moving....not bad for a fat chick!!!

Well I wish you all a Happy and Healthy one!!!
