You've got to love yourself enough to tell that person inside your head to get lost. You are living up to what the person in your head thinks of you. Are you worth changing your life for? Absolutely. But you have to believe it and live it.

The first step is to get totally real about your efforts. Maybe the problem is that you're trying to live on on too few calories and that leads to problem eating on the weekend. According to the WW program, someone at the 300 range should be eating around 30 points a day (60 calories per point) and then have 35 flex points a week. Have you checked out any of the online diet calculators? Some will tell you how many calories to have based on how much you weigh, how much you want to lose and the goal date. Also, you have to get real about what you're eating. Have you come in here and said that food wasn't good over the weekend? For none of us, we won't get anywhere if we're not real about what we are eating and how little moving around we're doing.

I agree with Kat. Get up, quit crying and turn that emotion into determination and action.

Most of all, look in that mirror and tell that girl you're sorry for hating her.
