Wow! I really have been missing.. not sure what I have been doing though
Last week I worked my butt off and got under 270 which was awesome! But then on Friday my mum had a family day at work and I ate lots, then I had an easter egg, a few more random bad food choices, and here I am at 271.2
I have also been learning lots of new drumming scores for my trip and for competitions throughout the summer. I also saw my Physio yesterday about my tendonitis again, but it was a new person this time, she was testing my strength and resistance and she felt that it wasn't that bad..... but delayed pain meant that on the bus home I could of cried. I really hope they give me another round of cortisone.
So this lazy butt needs to get moving.... I so want to be 266 by the time I go to Germany in just under 3 weeks. So I need to stop finding excuses to work out.
