So yesterday on my "weigh in day" I was 273.6 which is a new low for me. Not where I wanted to be at the end of the month, but I am allowing for everyone in the Challenge to Update their hopefully lowest low on the 1st March. On the 2nd, I will then put up the charts

how are people feeling??

Do you find this useful?

Do you want a Spring - Summer Challenge?

Let me know your thoughts

Aww Phae We all go up and down and round and round, so I am glad at even though you haven't lost, you still find this helpful. I don't lose big numbers, but I do find it useful to track on here as well as Myfitnesspal because I see the big numbers as motivators to get my but in gear. It is also nice I think to have like minded people on here to share a challenge with.

I am really hoping to be able to update on Wednesday with a 271 or 270, that would be a really nice spring gift

ARG! Still at 292. I like the charts because then I have a visual of everything. Next time I'm going to have a goal a bit more reachable...apparently I am not losing as fast as i was.

I'd be in for a summer challenge! I recently bought a cute bathing suit that I've been trying to use for motivation.

The last few weeks of this challenge, I've been very lax about my eating. There's been a lot of family stress lately, so there have been a lot more drive through meals and junk food in the house and not nearly enough fresh veggies. Still trying to pull myself back on track.

I have went up a little today, so I will put in my lowest weight on Sunday In as my final probably. I still lost like 10 lbs odd over the course of this challenge which I am very happy with. I have been a little mad at myself for being ill for the majority of it. I need to learn to be nicer to myself. Its been a nice change from the 2 months of maintaining I basically did just before and over xmas. Soo frustrating! However, some of you completely understand, I just hope that those who are currently stuck in a rut will start to see some movement on the scale which actually reflects your hard work.

I have had a crappy few days, so tomorrow I am starting a fresh with a double workout at the gym to make up for having family distractions over the last 2 days.

Ruby I am a complete overachiever The first 2 challenges I put myself in I always overestimated a goal. Didn't help that I had a cold for 3 weeks either.

I was up a bit and missed my goal but I am pleased with my progress. I overindulged a bit the past couple weeks and the scale reflects that. Oh well, back on track!! I would be game for another challenge!!

Can we give a massive shout out to Lindifer who lost a whopping 28.6lbs and 9.63% of her overall body weight on this Challenge! That is just fantastic!

Second place goes to Karencat who lost 19lbs and 8.05% of her total body weight. Well done!! Great Work!

Third place is Living2Love who shifted 15lbs and 5.53% in just 8 weeks.

This chart showed some amazing results and really hard work paying off.

Those who have been struggling a little bit recently, I hope you get to see some great results come the next Challenge which has been posted..... Here Comes the Sun

I hope to get my butt in gear as well and start to see some better results. I know that I am also building muscle while dropping fat, which can sometimes see a gain.

Good Luck Everyone! I hope to see you all in the next challenge
