UBEE - If you my double get your butt in front of a cam and start flaunting it lol. I know one of my cousins in Canada is actually my double .. scary when we see pics of each other lol .. so its nice to know there are a few more of me out there
EDOE - Don't let it get you down hun .. it takes a while for your body to get used to something it hasn't been put through before. Keep pushing yourself to get healthier in your choices and it will work out eventually when your body figures out what you are planning for it
ALLY - Great job maintaining .. there are always lessons on this journey regardless of how good or bad you do in a week

Well .. I really had no expectations to lose anything this week .. after my terrible off plan last week and being up almost 6 pounds on Friday I was hoping just to get back to what I weighed last Monday ... I did put off weighing myself this morning .. kept puttering around tidying things up ... dreading the scale ... but I took a deep breath and hopped on .. and felt such a weight off my shoulders. It is so interesting this journey ... I feel a heck of a lot more responsibility for my actions now as I have started this challenge .. as well as another one on Face Book .. and I really don't want to let anyone down .. I know I went badly off plan last week and I can't say I felt wonderful other than when I did it lol ... but I stopped thinking and just went into old habits of indulging .. yep .. definitely something I still need to work on .. but over the weekend I reverted back to my new old ways and thank goodness it paid off
My daughter did say to me this morning when I was texting her about me putting off weighing in because I wasn't looking forward to it being up and she said "you can't always lose weight mum" ... it must be the competitive part of me lol .. cos I don't like NOT losing weight lol.
