Forgot to post yesterday's exercise, a bit of weight training to improve my triceps, upper chest and shoulders, plus Pilates. Today I did a lot of Pilates and a few push-ups.

Had such a great cardio class tonight! Lots of extra weight training today, plus more push-ups! My triceps are starting to feel a bit less sore. I stretched them out quite a bit today.
