300+ Exercise Thread: Moving and Shaking in May

  • Sunday I did a couple hours of yard work, but I think only about 30 minutes of it qualified as exercise.

    Today I went to cardio/weights class for an hour.

    Personal: 380/1620

    Group: 1880 + 90 = 1970
  • Sad to say yesterday was my first exercise day in May - 60 minutes.

    60 + 1970 = 2030
  • 20 min hauling out trash and recycling...
    Personal total: 155 + 20 = 175 min

    Group total: 2030 + 20 = 2050 min
  • Today: 30 minutes on the treadmill!

    Personal: 470/1400

    Group: 2050 + 30 = 2080
  • Yesterday: half hour of weights and an hour of Zumba.

    Personal: 360/1750

    Group total: 2080 + 90 = 2170
  • Today: 30 minute swim + 30 minute walking

    Personal: 205/600
    Group total:2170+ 60=2230
  • 70 minutes today--40 minutes walking and 30 minutes barre.

    Personal: 260/1000

    Group total: 2230 + 70 = 2300
  • An hour of Pilates. Plus an hour of walking

    Personal: 500/1620

    Group: 2300 + 120 = 2420
  • Yesterday: I was going to do weights but I got into a panic that I'd messed something up at work, so stopped in the middle and headed back to work. then made myself do an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill after dinner while watching an old Parks and Rec episode from my DVR. I did some chunks of it at 4 mph (more of it between 3.6 and 3.8 mph).

    Today: 30 minutes on the treadmill!

    Group: 2420 + 60 = 2480
  • Cardio and weight training night. OMG! I really pushed it tonight. I feel drained but so, so good now. Hoping for a good night's sleep.

  • Just 20 minutes today, kickboxing.

    Personal: 280/1000

    Group total: 2540 + 20 = 2560
  • Tuesday was an hour and a half bellydance class and yesterday I did an hour of Zumba.

    Personal: 510/1750

    Group total: 2560 + 150 = 2710
  • Today: woke up late late late, but still did my 30 minutes on the treadmill!

    Personal: 560/1400

    Group: 2710 + 30 = 2740
  • 40 minutes walking today

    Personal: 320/1000

    Group total: 2740 + 40 = 2780
  • Great gym workout yesterday: 70 min
    Personal total: 175 + 70 = 245 min

    Group total: 2780 + 70 = 2850 min
