I feel your pain
Hang in there! I'm back in the saddle again too, after a 2 year hiatus. My weight went up to 358, but today it's at 336. I'm trying something new (aren't we all), but not making any drastic changes. I don't want this to be yet another "failed diet". I'm just going to eat healthily as much as a I can, drink water and get exercise and see how far that goes.
