Day 7, mostly done. Room for a snack later if I want one.
Too many meals out...I was at a conference all day today and they brought in lunch, so it's always a guess. But I had a sandwich, minus the cheese, and skipped the chips and cookies and ate an apple and the carrots I brought, so it can't be that bad.
Bridget, you can always jump in the boat for the last 3 days! The more paddlers the better.
I've been so so hungry. It's that damn TOM. Poor, poor lifeboaters. Every month they hear me cuss out that nasty TOM and curse the day he arrived.
I am making healthier choices than usual - lots of protein. Also drinking lots of herbal teas too. Inadvertently, I have not had any diet soda in a couple of weeks. Probably a good thing, right?
Was POP for eating again yesterday, but didn't exercise again, due to sore leg that I want to let rest. Today I think I'll make myself do some crunches and other stuff that won't put weight on the leg. Glad you're hanging on, Judy!
Went a little off plan last night -- was hungry. Recorded the food, so let's say I splashed around in the water but stayed in the boat.
Just ate a really yummy (early) dinner -- grilled chicken (yay for warmish weather) over sauteed zucchini, peppers and spinach with some feta cheese. Decently healthy, too! So, the plan is to stay firmly in the lifeboat today.
Okay, thanks - firmly in the boat today. Tracked all my calories and did my power walking outside for 30 minutes. That makes two days in the boat. I like staying dry!
So far I have stayed POP all days, just need to lower my carb intake and increase my veggie/fruit intake! Also, this is the week I begin exercise! Woo!
Had a little splashing over my very loose calorie max. I rode my bicycle to work today and handed in my parking tag. No more excuses and no more being sick and driving the 3 mile round trip.
Meanwhile, I had a Monday and both pedal cages broke on the bicycle (it's an old commuter bike, but in good shape for the most part).
